Pastor Eduardo Garcia and his son Leonardo greeted us first thing Wednesday morning. On the previous day, we had been able to access water from a neighbor's source. However, we learned that the neighbor only had water available every other day. Pastor Garcia and his son started at 4:30 AM to go to another well and drove the water to our work site for Day 2.
