Buenos Dias Honduras

It was great to hear Bob sing this morning for the first time in 2 years (at least the first time in person). "This little light of mine, I'm going to let it shine".
The only problem was that we were so ready to go that most everybody was already up. The Brown brothers had already unlocked the gate to start the coffee. Guzman was up, dressed and ready to try his hand at fixing the gatoraid coolers. Bob joked, "I'm crushed. I'm going to take my flippin tuna fish and go home." We know that's not going to happen. Instead we can look forward to an even earlier rise tomorrow morning. I can see it now... up at 4:30. Can somebody send us some flood lights? We're going to be laying block in the flippin dark!!

  2. Let me guess - Bob rode in the front seat-o of the van-o all the way from Tegucigalpa to Choluteca and waited for someone else to climb out of the back of the van to open the gate when you arrived at the mission house. Don't worry Bob, we'll get it. Just kidding, Bob. I miss you brother.

Make sure you post some pictures of Rosa's cooking for Tom to enjoy.

Seriously though, we are glad to hear everyone made it to Choluteca safely. Our thoughts and prayers are with you, and we can't wait for your stories about the people of Limon de la Cerca.

  3. Please have Guzman try the Flosbury flop over the first 3 courses of block -- you need to keep Dr. Juan on his toes. By the way, I'm taking a block over to Childrey's in a few minutes to hit him on the other leg.

Any overalls sightings on day 1??
